Your account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk (our authentication provider); we keep the account id and the name/email your sign-in method provides.

Your uploads. The swing video you upload, plus what the analysis derives from it: pose keypoints, the graded report, and the optional bats/level fields you pick on the upload form.

Pose tracking (MediaPipe) runs on our own servers — your video is analyzed there and is not sent to anyone else. Every video and keypoint request requires your signed-in session; there are no public links. Videos are never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to train AI models.

Videos are automatically deleted 90 days after upload. Your report, score, and keypoints are kept so your history and progress still work after the clip is gone.

On the Coach plan, the plain-English write-up is generated with Anthropic's Claude. Claude never receives your video, your keypoints, or your identity — only the structured findings (grade, flagged issues, and their measurements). Free-plan write-ups are generated from templates and leave our servers not at all.

If you subscribe, checkout and card handling happen on Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers. We store only your plan and subscription status.

Dugout Lab is built for parents, guardians, and coaches: the account holder should be an adult, and clips of a minor should be uploaded by their parent or guardian. The service is not yet set up to accept sign-ups from children under 13.

We use Google Analytics to understand how Dugout Lab gets used — which pages, how often, nothing about who you are. It only turns on if you accept the cookie banner; decline it (or ignore it) and no analytics cookie is ever set. Change your mind any time by clearing dugoutlab.info from your browser's site data.

In the app (iOS or Android): Account (top-right) → Delete account — immediate, no waiting period. Full details on the account deletion page.

No app handy? Email admin@w10m.com from your account address and we'll delete your videos, reports, and account data. Questions about any of the above go to the same place.
