◆ Delete your Dugout Lab account

In-app deletion is immediate, on iOS and Android. No app on hand? Email works too. Either way, your videos, reports, and sign-in are gone for good.

How to delete your account

In the app (iOS or Android). Tap Account in the top-right, then Delete account. This is immediate — no waiting period, nothing else to confirm.

Can't get to the app? Email admin@w10m.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account (the in-app path) immediately removes:

Your swing videos
Analysis reports and pose keypoints
Your progress history
Your plan and quota record
Your sign-in account (we use Clerk for authentication)

If you have an active subscription, it ends immediately — there's nothing left to cancel separately.

What we keep, and why

Payment and invoice records held by our payment processor (Stripe). Financial-record retention rules require us to keep these regardless of account deletion. We don't retain anything else.
